Introduction
Irrigation pipe is also called ground irrigation pipe, made of PVC polyvinyl chloride. It is made of PVC resin powder as the main raw material, with appropriate amount of additives added, and processed into shape through mixing, extrusion, sizing, cutting and expansion processes.
Features
The flow resistance is small, the roughness is 0.008-0.009, and the water delivery capacity is 20% higher than that of cast iron pipes and 40% higher than that of concrete pipes. The tensile strength is high, and the tensile strength at 23°C is not less than 45MPA. The pressure resistance is good, and it will not break when pressed to 1/2 of the outer diameter, and the mechanical properties are good. The weight is light and the shipment is convenient. The pipe is hygienic and non-toxic, and the flow without secondary pollution will not cause secondary pollution to the water quality; the service life of the irrigation pipe is not less than 50 years under stable temperature and pressure.
