Introduction

A cultivator is a farm machine that has no drive wheels but relies on the frames with teeth (also called shanks or soil-cutting blades) to turn the soil, break up the soil, and perform other operations as they are dragged through it linearly. The working part is a rotary teeth, which is a set of soil-cutting blades evenly arranged on a horizontal axis according to multi-thread. It is driven by the tractor power output shaft through a transmission device, and rotates to cut and crush the soil, and the seed bed preparation requirements can be achieved in one operation. It is mainly used for tillage in paddy fields, vegetable fields and orchards.

Features

A cultivator has the function of breaking the plow bottom, restoring the soil topsoil structure, improving the soil water retention capacity, eliminating some weeds, reducing pests and diseases, leveling the surface and improving the agricultural mechanization operation standard.

Application

It is used to reclaim shrub land, marsh land and grass wasteland. A cultivator is a tillating machine which is matched with tractor to complete the tillage and harrowing operations. Because of its strong ability to break soil and flat surface after ploughing, it has been widely used. At the same time, it can cut the root stubble buried below the surface, which is convenient for the seeder operation and provides a good seed bed for the later sowing.
