Introduction

The drill seed machine is a kind of machine suitable for sowing traditional crops such as wheat, corn, rice, sorghum, etc. It consists of a frame, a traction or suspension device, a seed box, a seed meter, a transmission device, a seed delivery tube, a furrow opener, a row marker, a travel wheel, and a soil covering and pressing device.

When the drill seed machine is in operation, the travel wheel drives the seed wheel to rotate, and the furrow opener leaves a row of strip-shaped furrows on the ground. The seeds are discharged from the seed bin in the seed box into the seed delivery tube according to the required sowing amount, and fall into the opened furrow through the furrow opener, and then the seeds are covered with soil. In this way, the seeds can be evenly and densely distributed on the soil, thereby achieving a better planting effect.

Features

The use of drill seeders for planting saves costs, saves time, increases efficiency, and reduces the labor intensity of farmers. It can save 1-2 people per mu, with short time and fast progress. It can seize the best sowing time, improve the utilization rate of light and heat, and increase the effective growth period of crops.
It is conducive to deep and uniform application of fertilizers. Mechanical drill seeding randomly carries fertilizers, and the fertilization is deep and balanced, which improves the utilization rate of fertilizers.
The sowing is uniform, and the sowing amount can be adjusted by machine drill seeding. According to the soil fertility level and variety characteristics, quantitative sowing is implemented to avoid too sparse or too dense phenomena, so as to achieve reasonable dense planting.
The machine drill seeding sows in rows, which can effectively enhance the ventilation and light transmittance of the field, optimize the field microclimate, and is conducive to the growth and development of crops such as wheat and corn, and increase yield.
